Tay is a collaborator, art director and human-centered designer for brands, nonprofits, and initiatives, with nearly 10 years experience from national campaigns, to B-series Startup launch, to Enterprise-level systems.

Their work utilizes research-backed theories and methods for listening, planning, and design craftsmanship, to create impactful experiences, ignite empathy, and serve collective progress.

Outside of individual freelance projects, Tay has worked in interdisciplinary studios: I/D.W, Stone Yamashita Partners, Volume Inc., California College of the Arts, and Specialized Bicycles.
